Do you accept returns within 30 days?

No. Because every piece is made to order, PeyWorld does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or an incorrectly selected size or color. Damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Packages believed lost must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Where do you ship?

The first checkout release supports the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. It does not support territories, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.

Who makes and ships the products?

Printful produces, packs, ships, and reports tracking for made-to-order PeyWorld products. PeyWorld reviews each unconfirmed draft before production begins.

How do I track an order?

A signed private status link is included in the confirmation email. Tracking appears there and is sent by email after Printful reports the shipment.

How does free shipping work?

The exact Printful STANDARD method is free at a $75.00 merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping. Faster delivery methods remain fully charged.
