Store and currency

PeyWorld sells made-to-order apparel and accessories. All prices, shipping charges, taxes, refunds, and payments are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Orders and payment

Guest checkout is processed by Stripe. Payment is captured when checkout succeeds. An order is accepted only after PeyWorld receives a verified paid event from Stripe; a browser success screen alone does not create or fulfill an order.

Fulfillment review

Printful produces and ships PeyWorld orders. A paid order is first created as an unconfirmed Printful draft for PeyWorld review. PeyWorld normally reviews that draft within 24 hours. Production starts only after the owner confirms it in Printful, at which point Printful separately charges PeyWorld's saved billing method.

Availability and corrections

Products are made to order. PeyWorld may place an order into fulfillment review if an address is rejected, a variant becomes unavailable, a shipping rate changes, or a service fails. PeyWorld will not silently substitute a product, color, size, or shipping method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where required.
